date created: october 7, 2020.an ongoing group roleplay au that consists of various kos' from different aus going to therapy with ko as the therapist.the story is told publically on tumblr via ask blogs specifically made for a select few characters. there are six people involved; approximately thirty characters exist in total, and fifteen of them have ask blogs.(note that none of us are currently accepting any new members or characters to join the roleplay. you may, however, follow the shared tumblr account if you wish to know about the long-term storyline.)

date created: november 1, 2017.an au where the villains take over.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .years before major au eventsvillains begin planning an attack on all major hero organizations. p.o.i.n.t, the plaza, and any and every organization or location heroes can be found. they remain secretive, sharing information in such a way so it can't be tracked or discovered.it starts out as a simple plot to go in and attack the people there, but over time, as more villains take interest in the idea- and as shadowy gets involved- the original idea becomes warped and misunderstood. from what was going to be another basic act of villainy became a plan to destroy every single speck of hero that remained.weapons are made to be stronger, conversation among villains becomes more shut-out and hard to track, and any possible sliver of information p.o.i.n.t is aware of is too minimal or vague for them to know or understand what's going on. none of the villains want the heroes to know about their plan, and the efforts pay off; they remain unaware.(continue below...)

__months before major au events__this au diverges from canon at the start, during season one, but it becomes more noticeable later on. everything prior to tko remains the same- except for the existence of red action- and goes about as it normally would up until around we've got fleas and one last score. between the events of these episodes, shadowy kidnaps ko and takes him to the forest in a desperate attempt to get him to unleash tko.when this proves unsuccessful, shadowy drags ko deeper into the woods to separate him from his turbo form with a machine he'd been working on for weeks beforehand. he essentially goes, "if you're not going to turn into tko, i'll do it for you."; it's painful for both of the two, and after they're split, they pass out and remain that way for a few days.ko is left alone while tko is taken, and his friends find him unconscious a few hours later. they take him to carol, who brings him home and waits for him to wake up (while, rightfully, being extremely worried and concerned.)(continue below...)

while ko is unconscious and safe at home, tko is being dragged back to shadowy's lair. when he wakes up, he's dazed and confused, and immediately, shadowy begins his (eventually successful) attempts at manipulation; he paints ko as the bad guy and uses the cage and his dislike for ko as a way to twist his perspective of him.some of the things shadowy tell tko are that ko left him to die and didn't look for him; ko was happy they were separated; ko wants him dead; and dozens upon dozens of other lies. because of this twisted perception of ko, he wants him dead, and shadowy encourages this by telling him he'll be complete and that all his problems will be solved by killing his counterpart.this manipulative behavior, alongside shadowy gaining more of tko's trust by telling him he is his dad (purposefully excluding any information about professor venomous or laserblast) and luring him into a false sense of feeling loved and appreciated, leads the latter being blindly obedient to the former.of course, though, tko is a complicated character, and this au is no exception. there's significantly more than just feelings and actions that are simply black and white, and he does have regrets for many of the things he does in the au. explaining this here, in detail, is nearly impossible; regardless, this is an extremely important detail to note. this is not an excuse for his actions, but rather, an explanation. apocalyptic!tko is as much as a victim as apocalyptic!ko, just in a different way.(continue below...)

the main au eventsapproximately three months after the separation, sometime post-villains night out/in, the villains' plan finally goes into action. they use the weapons they'd been working on for years and use them on every place they can think of. p.o.i.n.t., schools, the plaza, homes, the list goes on and on. it doesn't all happen all at once, though, and goes on for hours that extend into days after the major areas are reduced to rubble.ko, who is at the plaza at the time of everything getting destroyed, experiences it getting blown to pieces first-hand. chunks of buildings are flying everywhere, people are screaming, and ko is terrified and confused. he loses track of rad and enid in the commotion, and he ends up witnessing mr. gar get stabbed by who looks to be professor venomous (in actuality, it's shadowy disguised as him, much like what occurs in carl.)traumatic event after traumatic event happens over the course of the attack and extend into continuing to happen even after everything settles down. people are dying in high numbers without much chance to prepare, any villains against what's happening have no potential chance to stop anything, and ko is alone and absolutely terrified.(continue below...)
